From London, Bristol, the South East, Midlands or the North - From junction 31 of the M5 at Exeter, take the A38 and then follow the signs to Torbay (Torquay) taking the A 380. The dual carriageway ends at the Newton Abbot roundabout. After Kingskerswell, turn nght at the next roundabout (Torbay Ring Road) A380. In just under 7 miles and at the end of the ring road (1 Junction and traffic lights), turn right towards Brixham on the A379/A3022. Take the second turning on the right (about 500 yards after the trafic lights) sign posted to Maypool and Greenway Quay into Manor Vale Road. Carry straight on through Galmpton village following signs for Maypool and Greenaway Ferry. After about 1 mile, fork left into a 'no through road' signed for Maypool Park Hotel and we are about half a mile on the left hand side.
